Brief Introduction
ORSON OUTDOOR WPC FENCINGs are highly resistance to Ageing. Our WPC exterior fencing has been tested by Intertek, following ISO 4892-2:2013 CYCLE standard which actually is an “EXPOSURE CYCLE” test. There are THREE stages during this resist to color fading test.
-1- 500 hours duration
-2- 1000 hours duration
-3- 2000 hours duration
All of those three stages are in the same test condition.
The conclusion is “part showed SLIGHT color change”
ORSON insect-resistant high durability OUTDOOR WPC FENCING is Fungi resistance. Due to our outdoor WPC fencing raw material is significantly consisted of excellent formular polymers. There is too limited feeding sugar for fungi to grow.
Waterproofing is another key character of our insect-resistant high durability OUTDOOR WPC FENCING. Because our WPC fencing is made from WOOD PLASTIC COMPOSITE ingredients, Orson WPC fencing is born with the supreme property of waterproofing, which naturally leads to an extremely dimensional stability, and to be an essential factor of high durability.

- A2: -40°to 60°
- Q3: The density and the strength of WPC decking?
- A3: The density of our WPC decking is 1.35%-1.4%(1300-1400kgs/cbm). Based on the space between the joists of 35cm, the decking surface can bear the weight of 320kgs. Based on the space between the joists of 35cm, the decking surface can bear the weight of 400 kgs-500 kgs.
- Q4: Will color fade because of exposure to the sun?
- A4: A slight change in color will occur but will retain this lighter shade through out the life of the product.
- Q5: If there is one piece of the decking board broken, do we need to remove all the decking board to repair it?
- A5: No. If replace the broken decking, you need to break the clips of both sides of the broken decking and then take the broken decking out, it’s easy.
